While finishing my degree in social work counseling, I had the chance to teach Critical Thinking at a university. Over the following decade, I guided tens of thousands of young adults in learning how to examine arguments and engage with the world in a more curious and reflective way.
The experience was both intense and transformative—not only for my students, but for me as well. Helping people shift their thinking gave me a deep understanding of how beliefs shape both identity and perspective. It was deeply fulfilling to watch students question their assumptions and become more confident in themselves. My daily work was focused on analysing my students thought patterns so that I could teach them about cognitive biases, fallacies and illogical reasoning.
That chapter of my life has greatly enhanced my work as a therapist, sharpening my awareness of how thought patterns influence emotional responses and behavior. Working with so many students from a wide range of backgrounds and viewpoints has taught me how to connect with all kinds of individuals.
This experience helps me relate naturally to others, recognize where they’re coming from, and support them with empathy and insight as they work through their personal challenges.

Relationship Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (ROCD) is a subtype of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) characterized by intrusive, distressing thoughts and compulsive behaviors centered around intimate relationships. Individuals with ROCD often experience persistent doubts about their feelings toward their partner, their partner's feelings toward them, or the overall suitability of the relationship. These obsessions can lead to significant distress and impair daily functioning.
Retroactive Jealousy OCD (RJOCD) is a serious condition. RJ sufferers experience intense and disruptive thoughts and emotions, often leading to obsessive behaviors that can strain relationships and emotional well-being. Compulsions and intrusive thoughts can escalate, sometimes resulting in unhealthy or even destructive actions: demanding answers to very personal and sexual questions, researching social media, making comparisons. The main symptoms are repetitive thoughts about your partner's past and endless mental movies about your partner's past.
Jealousy in moderate form is a normal human emotion—it arises when we feel a perceived threat to something we value, like a relationship or our status or reputation. Jealousy is ok when it's occasional and manageable, but when it becomes chronic, obsessive, and intrusive, it may develop into something more severe, such as Jealousy OCD or Obsessive Jealousy.
Relationship therapy or couple's therapy can really help your relationship but what do you if your partner does not want to go talk with a therapist. With chat-based counseling, you get real-time support when you need it most—whether it’s improving communication, rebuilding trust, or understanding each other better. You can do this individually or together and each at your own pace.
Climate anxiety, also known as eco-anxiety, is caused by distressing emotions individuals experience due to the awareness of climate change and the consequences of climate change. These feelings can manifest as anxiety, grief, guilt, or a sense of helplessness. Recognizing the profound impact of these emotions, I offer specialized support to help individuals navigate their climate-related feelings and develop effective coping strategies.
Feeling insecure is often seen as something to “fix” or “overcome”—as if one day you’ll wake up completely confident and never doubt yourself again. But in reality, confidence isn’t the absence of insecurity—it’s learning to live, grow, and take action despite the doubts you have about yourself. Rather than trying to eliminate self-doubt, online therapy with Anytime Coach is about understanding where your insecurities come from, accepting them without judgment, and moving forward with them.
You can be lonely in a group or lonely by yourself. Feeling lonely is more than being alone, it can mean you feel disconnected, you feel misunderstood, or you feel unseen. You experience a gap between the social connection you desire and the connection you actually experience. There can be times in your life when it's hard to make friends or you can lose connections because of life changes like sickness, or moving.
Chronic loneliness can affect mental and physical health, increasing the risk of anxiety, depression, and even heart disease. The brain experiences social isolation as a threat. This threat triggers a stress response that makes it harder to connect with others. It can feel like you are stuck in a cycle.
Good and bad habits—some that support our goals and others that hold us back. It can feel like you are stuck in your habits but Anytime Coach can change that by helping you get rid of bad habits and learn new healthy habits.
Whether you want to start exercising, eat better, learn to manage stress, or break unhealthy patterns, developing new habits isn’t just about willpower. It’s about understanding how habits work and making small, consistent changes that actually stick.
Many people struggle with new habits because they aim too big, expect quick results, or give up after small setbacks. But real change happens one step at a time, through small daily actions that reinforce a new identity.
Insecurity can feel like an invisible weight—holding you back from opportunities, relationships, and fully expressing who you are. Whether it’s doubting your abilities, worrying about what others think, or feeling "not good enough," insecurity thrives on self-doubt and fear. But here’s the truth: you don’t have to get rid of insecurity to move forward—you just need to stop letting it control you.
Anytime Coach can help you with understanding where insecurity comes from, how to manage self-doubt, and how to build confidence without needing external validation. Growth doesn’t happen when we wait to feel "ready"—it happens when we take action despite our insecurities.
Self-love is often misunderstood—it’s not about arrogance, perfection, or forcing yourself to feel good all the time. Instead, self-love is about treating yourself with the same kindness, patience, and acceptance that you would offer to a close friend.
Self-love is closely tied to self-acceptance, self-compassion, and emotional resilience. When you truly accept yourself—including your flaws, insecurities, and past mistakes—you create space for growth, confidence, and inner peace.
Being alone isn’t just about being without others—it’s about how you experience yourself when no one else is around. Many people fear solitude because they equate it with loneliness, boredom, or feeling incomplete. But the truth is, learning to thrive on your own can be one of the most powerful skills you ever develop.
Psychologists and researchers have found that people who embrace solitude tend to have higher emotional resilience, greater self-awareness, and stronger decision-making abilities. Rather than relying on external validation, they build a sense of inner security and fulfillment.
Have you ever asked yourself, "Why do I keep doing this, even when I know it’s not good for me?"
We often assume our behaviors are a result of conscious choices, but in reality, much of what we do is driven by deeply ingrained patterns—shaped by our past experiences, emotions, and subconscious beliefs. The good news? Understanding these patterns is the first step toward changing them.
Independence is often misunderstood. Some see it as never needing help, while others associate it with isolation or cutting people off. But true independence isn’t about being alone—it’s about knowing you can stand strong on your own while still choosing to connect with others.
Becoming your own anchor means building emotional, financial, and personal independence in a way that empowers you without pushing people away. It’s about developing the confidence to trust yourself, make decisions that align with your values, and create a life where you are not dependent on anyone else for stability, happiness, or direction.
Grief is one of the most profound and deeply personal experiences we go through as humans. Whether you’re mourning the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a life you once had, or a version of yourself that no longer exists, grief has a way of reshaping everything.
Modern society often treats grief as something to “get over”, as if healing has a deadline. But true healing isn’t about rushing to move on—it’s about learning to live with loss in a way that honors your experience, your emotions, and your unique process.
Breakups aren’t just about losing a relationship—they’re about losing a shared future, emotional security, and a version of yourself tied to that connection. Healing isn’t about erasing the past—it’s about rebuilding your sense of self and creating a future that feels like yours again.
Dating can be exciting, but it can also be confusing, frustrating, and emotionally draining—especially if you’ve been hurt before, struggle with self-doubt, or keep ending up in the wrong relationships.
With chat-based dating coaching, you get real-time guidance to help you date with confidence, recognize red flags, and build healthy connections from the start—without second-guessing yourself or falling into past patterns.
